Brian J. Behrens – Founder
Providing experience from past expeditions, Mr. Behrens has flourished in both small and large corporations. Prior to founding E16, he was responsible for assembling a team to develop a complete suite of custom software supporting libraries of random data and turning it into various finished products for a Kansas City based variable data printer. . Mr. Behrens also previously served as a Contract Network Engineer in Sprint’s Network Planning and Design Group. After completing the planning and implementation of a new digital cross connect technology into Sprint’s long distance network, he has remained a leading subject matter expert (SME) on the Alcatel iMTN (formerly DSC Communications iMTN) platform, consulting several multi-national long distance carriers over the past decade. Foregoing Sprint, he was invaluable in the creation of three companies in the eCommerce, banking and internet industries. Additionally, he worked as Purchasing Director at two privately held retail healthcare providers in Missouri. Preceding entrepreneurship, Behrens attended Kansas State Univeristy studying Chemical Engineering & Pre-Medicine.

David P. Kester – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kester has an extensive background in hospitality management. Taking a very personal approach to guest satisfaction, staff management, and organizing numerous grand openings nationwide, he has worked for several nationally recognized restaurants and a couple based in Kansas City. Mr. Kester's has a long experience in sales reconciliation and accounting management skills. He holds a dual-degree in Business Management & Accounting from Kansas University.

John W. Mack, Jr. – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Mack leads our programming team with the conviction that design elegance across all levels is the only thing that ultimately provides awe inspiring functionality to a program. Prior to joining E16, he worked as a Software Engineer at Alliance Platforms, advancing from Lockton Risk Services where he held the Senior Programmer position. During his seven year tenure at Lockton, he shared responsibility for the conversion of IBM AS400 systems and Oracle based applications to Windows – systems that remain in use today. Furthermore, Mack worked for Pharma-Link Insurance – now part of Blue Cross & Blue Shield – where he designed and led the development of an in-house Customer Service System. Developing computer applications ever since personal computing became commonplace, Mr. Mack studied Physics at Kansas State University and began focusing on computer programming thereafter.
